Warranty

Goods under guarantee may be repaired or replaced subject to the unquestionable judgement of Alessi. Service assistance for goods under guarantee can be obtained solely on presentation of proof of purchase (the guarantee duly filled out by the retailer or a proper receipt). The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper use or negligence, or if the equipment has been tampered with by unauthorised persons.
