This product is covered by a two-year warranty from the moment of sale. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects, damage caused by accidental impact or improper use is therefore excluded. Alessi guarantees this product for two years from the date of purchase against defects attributable to the manufacturing process or the materials used. Goods under guarantee may be repaired or replaced subject to the unquestionable judgement of Alessi. Service assistance for goods under guarantee can be obtained solely on the presentation of proof of purchase (the guarantee duly filled out by the retailer or a proper receipt). The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper use or negligence, or if the equipment has been tampered with by unauthorised persons.
